Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: Give us 10 to 14 business days to process and create your order. Rush orders are available, contact us, and we will see what we can do!
Q: What are your payment options?
A: We accept cash, check, and credit card. With credit cards, please add 3% to your order for processing fees.
Q: Do you accept customer-supplied garments?
A: Absolutely! All we require is that the garments are new and have never been washed! Printex's liability is limited to damaged goods during the decoration process.
Q: What materials are you able to print on?
A: We print on cotton, 50/50, polyester, tri-blend, brown paper, boxes, etc. We will try anything!
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We like to have "casual hours"—Monday to Fridays, sometimes Saturday. Hours vary according to the production schedule, usually mornings and afternoons. If you would like to schedule a meeting or pick up your order, feel free to call us! We would love to chat.
Q: What is your minimum quantity?
A: Our baseline for an order is 10 pieces minimum. You do not have to order in dozens! If you would like a smaller order, call us and we will see what we can do. Also, we print on different colors and shirt styles with the same design.
Q: Do you do contract printing?
A: Yes. Please contact us with contract printing inquiries. We would love to work something out.
